William Shakespeare was a gifted writer. It was something he did because he liked doing it and was good at. He started off with tending to horses in a theater in London and from there he moved up to the spot of a stage actor. However, he soon realized that he had the potential of a playwright and that's when he started to pen down his own plays and would act in them as well. His plays gained popularity fast and as the audiences started thronging the theaters, he penned down more and more plays to cater to the increasing demand for his plays. It was not only what he liked doing and did best but also his livelihood. However, every writer writes to convey a certain message to the readers or audience and Shakespeare was no different. His plays are inherent with great depth of meaning and morals despite the fact that he never completed his schooling.

Formerly, he wrote for profit!  He was not a good actor, and so turned to writing plays, other than performing in them, for his living.

His classical education, was to prove crucial in his writing as he easily portrayed all the classical Greek and Roman characters in his plays with equal brevity.

Shakespeares, moves effortlessly through early, to more finer written, eventually ending at precise, clinical expressive work, each play bringing prehaps a new slant into it from the previous one, making him the one playwright, out of all the ones in London, ( at one time estimated at more than three hundred), that the majority of London's theatregoers would prefer to go and watch.
