Unfortunately, it's impossible to say - most people don't time themselves when they read books, and there are so many other things to take into account:

  • You'd be able to read them more quickly the second time
  • Some people can speed-read
  • Not everybody reads at the same intensity; some people take long breaks. These people might read faster, but still take longer to finish the series.
Besides, speed isn't everything. If you enjoy a book, it's much better to read it at your own pace. You're likely to miss things if you read too fast!

About the Harry Potter Books

The Harry Potters books are a series of seven fantasy novels by British author J. K. Rowling. The books focus on the young wizard Harry Potter - who's eleven years old in the first novel - and his adventures at Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry. Harry is the one person who can defeat Lord Voldemort, the evil wizard who murdered his parents.

Well, it depends how quickly you read and how much time you have to read them. It took me two to three weeks.

Good afternoon! Have you ever written essays on movies? My teacher asked me to do that with any film I want. I have found the article that says how to do it with a horror movie. Do you think it will be okay for school? I also know who can write my essay for me free. They have helped me a lot of times.

A long time, depending on how fast you read and how much you read in a day.

It would be very difficult to gauge this, as while there are a great many people who know how to speed read, would it be required to be the first time they read through the books? Or is a re-read is sufficient?

If a person did not have to prove they had never read the books before, then it would come down to accepting a speed read as a legitimate read through...

If you did, and someone were to do so, it probably wouldn't take more than 2-3hrs, tops.
