I was able to find this web site for an auction house that had two oil paintings by Colin Vokes for sale and the estimated price. I assume they had not gone up for auction yet. I do not know the conversion to US dollars. I hope this gives you some idea of where to start. I am including the auction house link for you. Maybe use Skype and make a phone call to them?!
