The strongest in my opinion is the relationship between father and son because it keeps Elie and his father going and makes it possible for them to survive and through out the book the relationships are shown that are falling apart and elie comes to an agreement with himself as he prays that he never does such things to his dad.

The themes are Elie’s struggle to maintain faith in a benevolent God, silence and apathy, inhumanity towards other humans, importance of father-son bonds, and loss of identity

There are many themes, but I believe the loss of hope is the strongest one.

The theme of Night is the importance of remembrance. Elie meant for his readers to know that the holocaust really did happen. He wants his readers to understand how cruel and dehumanizing the nazis were.

You could combine both of the answers and come up with: The theme of Night is is the relationship between Elie and his father that keeps them going and makes it possible for them to survive even though they've lost so much hope in almost everything they believe in!

I think that it is survival because they had to survive through out the camp and everything else

The theme was to show how horrible the holocaust was and how people should understand how painful it was to be a jew during that time!
