I'm not sure I understand your exact situation. But no matter, if you want to appeal EDD decision, you have to send in the appeal form or write them a letter saying you want to appeal. You can google how to do this and what is required. You only have 20 days from the time your original EDD determination is made, so hurry and file it! If you choose to, the easiest way is to download the form from EDD website, www.edd.ca.gov
