In these lines he wants to make this thing in the awareness that more just words your actions count .For having an injured heart and dead life some thing worse is needed to be happened It can take most of our daily examples as our friends most of the time in frankness say stupid things but that does not hurt us. But if they show some act of mistrust,it surely disturbs our life.

Shakespeare in his own mind was right about what he had said, I also think that words can only serve as a part of ones communication , they communicate what the others think about you and can cause no harm and can at the same time tell you the intentions of others about you. Still when you are up to thinking about it again and again then it can cause you. But such words that are of no use ought to be erased of one's memory, for they are in real of no use.
