How To Write A Letter To UKBA About Change Of College?

Dear Sir,
I have got uk student visa but unfortunately my Sponsor is still now suspended even I can't fly due to suspension.Now, I am thinking to take admission in another college. May I know from you, how I can Change or take admission in another college ?
