You should write as under;

Subject: Donation

Dear Sir/Madam,

Thank you for writing me a letter. Your organization is doing a noble cause to bring happiness in the lives of (you can mention here the function of the company, means for what they are asking for donation). I am sorry to inform you that my company is already donating to other organizations. I will try my best to send you some donation in the near future.

I would use the way that zuhail suggest above but just make one small correction.

Dear Sir/Madam,

shouldn't have a comma after it, it should have a colon because when replying to a letter it is considered informal to use a comma.

I wouldn't bother responding to a letter asking for a donation. I'd either donate, if I could, or I would ignore the letter. There is no need to respond, except with a donation.
