I JUST found this sewing machine manual for the 385 series serger. It has the instructions in a PDF format, how to thread, and maintain your machine for optimal sewing conditions. It also tells you which needles you will need for what fabrics and whatnot.
Everywhere else I looked for sewing machine manuals required you to pay but this one was free. Hope this helps!
