Delivery time I want to stay with him.
Therefore I request you to   grand my vacation as on July first week.

Dear sir / madam,

I am writing this letter to officially inform you that I will not be able
to attend office for five days, as I need to attend to The Hong Kong Auxiliary
Police Force (HKAPF) 7-days of Annual Continuation Training(ACT).

About my present handled work and its status whether completed.If not completed, would you please assign
the work to any of your colleague capable of doing it (add full details in the letter about this issue.)

According to members of HKAPF are required
by law to complete a Statutory Efficiency Training which includes 7-days of
Annual Continuation Training (ACT). This ACT includes important lectures and
practical exercises, and is a valuable opportunity to build up team spirit and
promote morale.

So, I kindly request you to consider my application and grant me officially
informed leave on 19April 2015
to 25 April 2015withinfive day's leave.

I would
appreciate your early approval of my leave request. I apologize for any
inconvenience caused by my request.
