No but it would probably be a bit confusing if you don't
I think you should do a red carpet
with awards for each person eg most active, the loudest etc
and like a shot with all the guests in there outfits

This might not be a very good anwser but when I wanted to get flexible I just stretched, practised and joined gymnastics
