Can you explain the poem The Fly by Walter de le mare?

The poem seems to be about perspective. To the fly ordinary things are very different as seen in this line "A hair like golden wire". These images are repeated to enforce the Fly's perspective. 

It could be said then that the poem is mostly about perspective and how to different creatures and people things seem different.
