Ive herd many yes's and no's so its almost like a 50-50 chance so i think she is the partial draft she posted is really good its amazing how Edward thinks and he does around his family when Bella isnt around i always wondered about that.

I've read on other websites regarding similar questions that she is thinking about finishing it, but only when she feels that she can be 'alone' with the book; basically, when people have 'forgotten' about Midnight Sun (which I think is insane! The partial draft is amazing!) and then she can carry on writing what she feels without having to bring the public thoughts into it. I have also read about people phoning book stores like 'Borders' and then being told that Stephenie is planning on releasing/finishing it soon...I can't be sure if this is true or not though. Also, it has been said that Midnight Sun will be finished sometime this year (2009). This may be a false claim though.
I hope she does finish it because I've read the first 12 chapters on her website after being completely enthralled by it. She has said that she hopes fans won't read the partial draft, but most people did due to her putting it on indefinite hold. They are an amazing 12 chapters, and it has set the rest of the book up for a brilliant ending :) The first 12 chapters are witty and will make you laugh from some things she's written, and it could possibly be the best in the whole series if she carries on with it how she started :)
It's just a marketing scam. They say someone leaked it, but really its a preview into the book, get everyone all excited and begging her to finish, then when she starts to lose her fans because they have moved onto another series and are bored of twilight, she'll publish midnight sun and get everyone on board again.
Yes, Stephenie Meyer is going to finish Midnight Sun. A while ago, she was interviewed and she is going to finish it but it'll be some time yet. She said she hoped to have it out in a couple years and will continue it when she thinks people have "forgotten" about it.
I really hope she does... Personally as a twilight saga fan i am not bored with it at all.. I dont think that is the case.. I can see where she would be very upset and feeling betrayed about her work being posted. As a huge twilight saga fan i hope for my sake and other twilight fans that she will finish the book. I havent read the 12 chapters in hope that she will finish the book. I love the books and the movie and i cant hardly wait for new moon to come out.
She said no on August 23,2008 (horrible day for twilight fan everywhere and also brothers that had to hear all about it for a few week)BUT on Oprah she said she might finish it.but the simple facts are... 1.Did you here what she said about how crazy focused she get with a project. 2.If she publish the book we are talking about millions of dollars between the book and the movie they will most likely do on the book.The twilight movie made 70.5 million dollars on the opening weekend and New Moon’s is currently at $478 million worldwide HELLO 3.If she dose not finish the book there will be an angry mob wearing Rob Pattinson T-shirts on her front lawn.
Even though half the book is posted on the internet, won't everyone buy it to read it anyways because its so fantastic? I believe that Stephenie should realize this and continue on with Midnight Sun. I hope she does. She is an outstanding writer! I have read Twilight Saga many times. I like everyone are dying for her to finish and publish it. Edward deserves to voice his side too. TEAM EDWARD all the way! Please SM continue this amazing series!
I really hope stephenie will finish midnight sun. I read all of her books so far and they are AMAZING and make me keep wanting ot read more. I hate reading but when it comes to twilight its another story. I want her to write as many books as harry potter or even more. Sooo PLEASE STEPHENIE FINISH IT!!!
Its on the border line she says that she might finish it and if she does than it would take a while to publish but i'll be dissapointed if she doesn't i have read what is online and i have really enjoyed the whole series she is a great author but it is her decition.
Yes stephanie meyer is surely going to finish midnight sun. As an author myself i know that once a book has started being written, the author must finish the story. Surely Stephanie Meyer is smart enough to see how hungry her fans are for more chapters in the twilight sequence. To finally know what Edward was thinking would be intense and something Stephanie could not deny her adoring fans. As a twilight fan myself, i am being optomistic and saying that yes stephanie meyer is going to coplete this book.
Please stepnenie write the book. I know you can feel the whole world on your shoulders, but you shouldn't let that stop you. Show the person who leaked your book you're the better person. There are people in the world who really want to know what edward is thinking. Please i ask you as a fellow writer. This may sound weird but let edward get his word in, let edward speak to the people the way bella has. Just give edward a chance. She Will Probably Not write anymore but I think she will because twilight saga is very famous and she will have many upset fans if she does not but I think she will decide later enough...
She is planning to, but it was delayed because of the Writer's Strike. There is also a rumor that the book was leaked onto the internet, but I don't know if that is true or not.....
