You mostly get these with texts that are studied in schools etc - I have seen Christie study materials advertised but not for Death on the Nile (they just give you a link to the book.). So good luck and hopefully someone will be able to find one for you - in the meantime the best summary I can find is here www.dooyoo.co.uk but it's not a complete one.
