Well, when my friend wanted to be on the dance team she needed a letter of recommendation. What my teacher did is list all her qualities and why she deserved it. He added some things about how she sticks to what she does and she doesnt quit and how he loved having her in his class. All that basic stuff. I'm only 14 so sorry if that didnt help.
