Reg: Submission of Registration form for admission of my son in Class VII

I would like to apply for the admission of my son Ritivik Kothary in class VII in you esteem school.

As per the norms I have made the demand draft for Rs, 9000/- in favour of" Mayo College, Ajmer".
The details of the total value is furnished below:

1. Prospectus charges -                                  Rs.550.00
2. Registration Fee -                                      Rs,6000.00
3. Additional Registration
    fees after june of the year
    preceeding the one in which
    admission is sought .                                Rs.2000.00

I would also require the Entrance test paper set for all the three subject for which I have sent Rs. 450/-

I have also filled in the Registration Form as required by you.
