The cream thermal hoodie is a shirt by Curious Gypsy. Her embroidered tunic she wears in the hotel with Alice and Jasper is by Lucky, but it's sold out in stores. You can find it on ebay though. Her blue jacket that she wears in the meadow with Edward is by BB Dakota called the Leigh Cargo hoodie. It's lake blue. It's also sold out but they will be re-selling it starting July at all Nordstroms. Hope that helps!
