Wow, that is a good age to attain. I wish you had said something about whether male or female. I think though that you could say something like this:
The things you've seen, in a life time long,
I'm glad that there wasn't any wrong.
Many things that I have seen,
The wonder of growth is what it has been.
To see you still here,
Brings on a great tear.
Because you are love,
We give you this dove.
