The theater has existed since ages evolving from ancient times open air theaters to the modernized and technologically staged theaters of today. The earliest record of theaters dates back to the ancient Egypt where the Egyptians performed an annual play based on one of their gods, god Osiris. It was then the Greek who recognized theater as an art and then developed it further by making it an available career. The theater then continued gaining popularity in other states as well e.g in China, India and many Islamic countries as well.
