Writing to an Editor of a Paper wont do much except to allow you to vent. You need to go higher like your area Governmental Rep but be prepared to explain why youre objecting to this and if possible, back up your cause with some known facts of problems with wine shops near schools so do your homework first and then write your letter as if you were talking to someone face to face .
