I would have to say that I am most like Dr. Daniel Jackson from Stargate SG:1 for many reasons. I'm not the best fighter but I can pack a punch if I have to. I remain the outsider of a group while still being a valuable member. I have a fascination of history and I would do anything for those I love and value, especially for my wife. I can usually remain calm when faced with adversity but I can have a temper. He is my absolute favorite SiFi character. Best of luck to you!

Not a specific character, but a type … the "every man" who, when thrust into a disaster scenario, does what he can just to survive and bring his family/friends through it … not really looking to be "the hero".
