I know of allot of yaoi ships that I hold in high regards. Try searching any of these and put fan fiction at the end .Note I'm omitting any cannon ships from specific yaoi shows like junjou romantica and samurai flamenco. Ok here's some ships that I think are notoriously good and I'm almost certain there will be fanfics also I recommend searching doujinshi as well for these ships as there are a lot made like for example death note yaoi doujinshi
Us x UK , Germany x Italy , Russia x Prussia, France x UK hetalia there's so many yaoi ships in hetalia some people believe it's just one big troll/tease show to the yaoi fan base as they overtly reference ships and have general fan service moments , ciel x Sebastian kuroshitsuji , aizen x gin bleach , l x light death note , yuki x akise mirai nikki , ed x Roy full metal alchemist , marik Ishtar x bakura yuigioh . Note I recall a really good fan fiction by little kuriboh about these two , Cain x Abel star fighter , zero x kaname vampire Knights. Note I remember there beings allot of fanfics about this ship , lelouch x Suzaku code gease , kanda x allen D gray-man , akira x rin togainu no chin , Ryome x tezuke prince of tennis , Kyoyo x tamaki outran high schoolclub , kurogane x fai tsubasa chronicle and many others ships out there .
