Why would you hold a grudge against someone?

I don't hold grudges against anyone. A grudge is like hate, a poison that ruins your mind. I may dislike a few people but I never hold grudges . It's immature and a waste of time. That about sums up people that do hold grudges!

I have a couple of cautions that I nurse a bit to prevent conflict and opportunism.  Grudges are too extreme for me, but cautions are more reasonable and manageable.  They can be maintained with luke-warm courtesy.
