Yea he dies but he didn't die begging for his life.... After night owl silver specter rorschach and dr manhattan discover that veidt killed all those people to save humanity, they all agree to keep quite but rorschach doesn't agree and mr manhattan can't let everyone find out about this, so he follows rorschach out. Rorschach knowing that mr manhattan is going to kill him begs him to do it(not begging for his life but begging to get it over with) and manhattan vaporizes him and night owl scream NO
Please do not get influenced by the grievous misconception left by the confused commenter above me, for Rorscach did not beg for his life whatsoever in the movie nor in the book.. He was killed because he refused to negotiate with another common criminal, that is to say Ozymandias who killed millions of people to save the world. Dr. Manhattan killed him since he became a liability for the plan to take effect.
In a nut shell, READ THE BOOK, as it is difficult to describe the character developments.

Yes, He was a very good character in the movie, died wanting to, he wrote his journals before going to the arctic. There can be a second movie, what they should do is make Dr. Man bring him back to life some how since he could bring parts together with his mind. Or even a new super hero. What people believe is that the newspaper boy is Rorsharch's son because having the happy face, red hair, in the book he eats a lot and he is eating a lot there. I do believe there will be a second watchmen!
You are an idiot, he did not beg for his life.He begged dr. Manhattan to kill him, because he would rather die than to side with a criminal
Rorschach dies. He dies not only for the reasons stated above but also b/c if he lived and told his story no one would believe him b/c to the public he is a lunatic, that is why manhattan kills him. So that if his story is told it is told by the right wing newspaper which people would be more likely to believe
He got vaporised by Dr. Manhattan so yes.
Yeah, he did. It's really sad, though, because he's my favorite Watchmen character.
Rorschach is awesome!
Rorschach who's real name is Walter Joseph Kovacs is one of central characters in Watchmen.
Rorschach is a Vigilante who wears a mask which bears the pattern of an ink blot.
At the beginning of Watchmen Rorschach is the last active costumed adventurer remaining active after the passage of the keene act which outlawed vigilantes.
Rorschach is an extremely right wing character; his mother was a prostitute and abused him as a child . Rorschach believes in moral absolutism and moral objectivism, good and evil are clearly defined, evil must be punished without remorse.
While Rorschach like all the characters in Watchmen (other than Doctor Manhattan) has no super powers, he is very clever and resourceful detective, investigator and fighter. Rorschach also has a gas powered grappling gun which was designed and built by the Nite Owl II.
Alan Moore has since admitted to basing the character of Rorschach on the Charlton Comics characters The Question and Mr A. Rorschach was voted the 6th greatest comic book character by Wizard magazine.

There better not be a second Watchmen. It would be the absolute insult to Alan Moore. Besides, he wouldn't write it and it wouldn't be any good. I'm not watching a Watchmen 2.
Go read some fan-fictions. I'm sure they're just as good.

I ain't readin' nuffin' lol! They phukked the movie UP with that ending. WTH. No wonder it'll flop. Sex with a multi-dimensional being isn't what I signed up for, so GTFO :-D
Yes. He died screaming and begging for his life. Through the whole movie he is portrayed as a bad ass but right before he dies he kneels and kisses dr manhattans feet begging him not to kill him
