I hate to answer a question with a question but you leave me no choice.I need Luis Garcias full name and was it by chance Oliver? If so you should take your painting in for an appraisal. I saw several that went for quite a bit of money. The artist Luis Garcia Oliver was born in 1907 and died in 1951 I believe. Do not quote me on that as my memory is fading. However his art work has climbed in price over recent years and sell for a tidy sums at Reputable Auction Establishments. Please try to go to a reputable appraiser so you can have an honest appraisal done.
