Prose is written or spoken language without metrical structure (which many people associate with poetry).  Literary prose is simply a piece of writing that has been determined to be literature.  For example, Hemingway's The Old Man and the Sea is considered to be literary prose.  Non-literary prose would be any "ordinary" written work that is not considered to be literature.  For example a brochure about car insurance would be non-literary prose as would be a romance novel.
