The book is out now...doesn't seem to be up yet on the internet - you can try places like 4shared, scribd or btjunkie. Will let you know if I find anything. Oh and for ppl who jst want to say library or its illegal to download for free blah blah blah well save yourself some time and realise ppl who are asking these questions a)already know those answers and b)we don't care :)

Its even out yet, so I don't think that you will be able to read it online. It is released on 1st of July. You can probably read the first chapter online.
