It is probably the point when the turtle comes up out of the water with a lobster in his mouth. This is the point when it is clear to the audience that his plan is to defeat and kill the monkeys, and that he is too clever for them. The earlier episodes like the threat to attack him, and the way he pretends to be afraid of the water, are leading up to this climax. You can read the storyhere.

This is an old story which has been found in the Phillipines as well as Borneo and other countries. In it the turtle originally tries to help the monkey, but angered by the monkey's selfishness he eventually turns on him and all his kind. The turtle is able to outwit a whole tribe of monkeys because of his intelligence. You can find the full story here.
