The climax of this story would probably be when Caitlin goes out with her best friend, and can't get hold of rogerson. When she finally gets home, he is waiting outside of her house. She gets in the car with him and he hits her a few times. She falls out of the door, which was partially open, and he gets out and demands that she stands up. When she refuses he kicks her, and her parents come out of the house right as the cops pull up (a neighbor had seen what was happening and called the cops) and as the cops take rogerson away, caitlin cries and reaches for him. Sad huh?
