Te first apparition tells him Macbeth shall live until Birnam wood come to Dunsinane Hill. They're basically upping his confidence. The second one tells him that no man of woman born can kill Macbeth. Later, we find out the Macduff was born using a Cesarean, so not technically 'woman born'.
