How Can I Become An Actress For Disney Channel? I'm 13 And Live In The UK. Please HELP

Hi I'm 13 and live in the UK aswell my dream is to be an actress and I asked my family and my Drama teacher what you should do and they all said that I need to check out for auditions local or some thing and make a portfolio erm.....you could find disney channel auditions o the disney channel website :) hope this helps =)

Are you a member of any acting, dance or drama school at the moment?? If not this is the first thing you need to do. Whilst you and your family believe you are a good actress, you may need some professional training. You need to have a 'Portfolio' with photos and write-ups cataloging your experience, and an Agent.

Wait for a big audition, thats what miley did. She had no training (having said that, her dad was famous) but t pretty much happened over night... Loads of people want to be actresses, but less than 2% earn sufficient money from acting alone, so by all means go for it, audition for everything, get involved in school etc, but keep your options open in case you change your mind (which is unlikely) or things don't work out... Hi I want to become an actress for disney channel to. But you have to start out with little stuff.
Like I did some work in an adam sandler movie called "Grown Ups" coming out 2010 when it does you guys shoulld all watch. People say being an actress is hard work. It can be but if you love it like if its your passion or a dream then you'll work hard & enjoy it at the same time just like I did and I'm planning on doing a lot more work.

Hey,I'm 13 too and I live in the uk and I want to be an actress I am going to take drama for my options then we pick near x-mas I do a drama lesson after school and I am sighing up for two more soon I realy realy want to become a actress,all I do is type in on google nd a loas of websites come up and some one of them tells you what you need to do and were it is,I am going to develope my drama skills a bit more then use it to find a good movie to audition for.
People laugth then I tell them that I want to be a actress and tell em that I will make it big and tell me that I will never make it but my mum just tels me to to listen to em cause she is helping me reach the top :)
