How Do You Make A Fake Doctor's Note?

First of all, faking a doctor’s note is illegal and is considered a serious crime. If you are caught faking a doctor’s note, you will lose your job and could end up in serious trouble. It is considered forgery and forgery is not only illegal but ethically immoral.

If you seriously need a doctor’s note for an illness or injury, then you should simply go to your doctors and they will be happy to give you one. If you have previously had an illness of injury and did not visit the doctor but have recently found out that you needed a doctor’s note to explain your absence then you should still visit your doctor, explain your situation and hope they will give you one. You may even have some symptoms or scars which prove that you did have something medically wrong with you. Most doctors will be understanding and do their best to accommodate you but it is always best to try and get the note when you are actually ill. A doctor will not help if it is obvious you are lying.

If you have no other option but to fake a doctor’s note and you are prepared to take the risk and potentially face the consequences, then it is possible to be done. You will need to be familiar with computer software such as Photoshop to create a logo that looks similar to that of a doctor’s note logo. Include a header and footer and the contact details of your surgery. You will also need to create a stamp that has your doctor’s name and address on it. This stamp is used as proof and verification that a doctor wrote it. Stamps can be created and bought on the internet. The note can be typed or handwritten but it must be ‘signed’ by a doctor.

Cut out a piece of a white piece of "printing paper" and print your doctor office on there with a fake docter such as doctor.Tanner with an excuse such as the flu here is an ex.

Maybe you should go to the doctor and get a real one. Or, if you have a relative that's a doctor, then ask him/her to write a note for you. To fake it, even though it ISN'T a very good idea, write an excuse sickness (like the flu or something) and put a fake signature on it. I suggest that you don't try the fake part until it is necessary! :)

Well you can go to a doctor fake on laptop and go on fake doctors notes then you bring it in and say I'm not going to be in school tomorrow because I have to go doctors and there going to put me in a tube for 24hours a sleep ??

Doctors notes generally have letterheads at the top to identify them, so unless you have some of this paper from your doctors you wont be able to make one. Why can't you get a real one? Or you could go back to school... Just a thought

Rite it like an adult would do example (to whom it may concern)and then continue at the end let your parent sign or just do a fake one
