What Do I Use To Dye Some Towels Bright Neon Pink Or Neon Turquoise Colors?

Neon colors are very difficult to get while dyeing. One always misses the exact required color and the appropriate brightness. However, practice is the key. You can use PRO Neon fluorescent colors for Neon or fluroscent dyeing. You would need the following supplies.  
PROfab Fluorescent Color Concentrates
Lo Crock Binder
PRO Span B
Synthrapol
PRO Dye Activator or Soda Ash
