Sewing machine manuals are very hard to find sometimes.
If you can't find it online.....call a machine repair shop and ask for a cross reference to the Elgin co...they should be able to tell you where you can get one or a comparable machine's manual.
There is also a difference to a users manual and a mechanics manual.
Mechanics manuals can be very costly...
