Thanks for asking. I used Google to find the answer myself, and only found your excellent question. The USPS website was no help at all: Pathetic. So I stopped by a post office. The lady was WONDERFUL and told me that Forever stamps do not come in rolls! So I bought $220 worth of Forever stamps in panes. I think 5 panes is equal to a roll. And by the way, USPS calls them coils, not rolls. I think rolls is better! Again, THANK you for asking your great question! I hope my answer has helped!
