These along I-80 where Council Bluffs, IA meets Omaha,NE are hideous, in my opinion.
Looks like a bunch of metal fell off a truck and they just left it.

In the 1960s, the P&O Company had a new Sydney headquarters
built. It featured a wall fountain which ran parallel to the footpath
along the length of the building.
One magazine lampooned it as a public urinal and said that it was not
meant to be a free service, but that you were meant to leave a penny
when you peed. However, they said, if you were caught short and
didn't have any money with you, credit could be arranged. You could
just pee and owe.
