Depends … if it's the classic vampire, I'd have to go with that … the ability to turn to mist, or take any animal shape - the ability to control the minds of others - and yeah, they could go out during the day, as long as no sunlight touched their skin.

I'd feel for vampire. I have already the signs, sunshine gets me!
