No, it isn't hard. Actors learn how to do it. If you search YouTube for "how to cry when acting" you'll find quite a few videos that teach you how to do it.
When an actor has to act and they have to cry how do they do it? Even if they're not sad? Wouldn't it be hard to cry if you don't feel like crying? Or you don't feel sad?
I am a good at acting that out I would know they thing of something sad or someone you care about who has passed that's how I do it
