Well, first, check if they have complaints board or they have feedback sheet like the ones found in restaurants. If you can't find one, then just write it in a white sheet and address your concern in a polite manner.
Something that they will deal with this as a friendly reminder. I've been clubbing in Hong Kong, particularly in Play Club, for quite some time but I've never had dispute with the owner, so far.
