I'm no authority on Etruscan art, but in my opinion, Etruscan art is generally stiffer , that is , the figures are more stylized , (more primitive)not as finely carved or painted, though there are exceptions. Greek art is generally far more detailed, more human, more refined, Roman art can vary from fairly primitive to highly sophisticated. But probably the highest level of the Classical style Greek  Sculptors was attained by  Praxiteles.
