Pygmalion is a play by George Bernard Shaw (BS). The outline of the story is about Henry Higgins (a professor of phonetics) making a bet with his friend Colonel Pickering that he can teach Eliza Doolittle how to speak in an upper class accent and train her in etiquette. During his teaching, Eliza and Henry grow close, but she rejects him and announces that she will marry Freddy Eynsford-Hill (a young, poor man).
