Actually it hasn't really stated who Naruto will end up with, even in the manga. But there are two people that have a chance (unless Kishimoto adds some other random female character later on, which is unlikely). Sakura had always been Naruto's crush in Part 1, and Hinata was the one crushing on Naruto from the very beginning. Though Sakura liked Naruto's rival Sasuke, in Part 2 (Shippuden) she has confessed her love for naruto, and that gave Naruto a big shock because he thinks Sakura still likes Sasuke. On the other hand Hinata has also found the courage to confess her love to Naruto, making him believe she was a true friend, because she had always admired naruto since she went to the academy. But that doesnt mean he loves her, but only likes her as a friend. If I were to guess Naruto will end up with Hinata (I hope he does) and Sakura might end up with Sasuke or Lee (who liked her the day he saw her).
