First, get paper and a pencil (and/or pen, colored pencils, crayons, pastels, etc. Etc.).
Then, poise your pencil (and/or pen, colored pencils, crayons, pastels, etc. Etc.).
Next, wet all four corners of your paper. If you think it's crazy, it's not! If you want to draw the best otter ever, do everything that I say!
Next, scribble all over your paper except the parts where you wet the corners.
Then, (by the way, use a utensil that is erasable) erase a circle into the scribbles. (just like drawing but with the eraser. Do this until I tell you to draw).
Next, form the body and make sure it's some what chubby.
Next, form the paws going downward but with each set, make it look as though it is swimming.
Then, make a face. Which ever you like. (meaning it can be animated).
Now, DRAW lines within the body to represent the wrinkles. And trace the eraser drawings so it is now lines of not just eraser.
Now, either use paint or a large sharpie. Color or paint the whole entire thing you have just done.
Look down.....

What you are looking at now is either the work of an idiot who just ruined their masterpeice or a very intelligent person who read the 3rd sentence and went to a different site.
