She has released it on her website, as it was leaked on the internet anyway. However, she says it will never be released as a book, as she claims she was just having fun with the idea of writing the saga from Edward's pointo of view :)
Unfortunately, this is not clear, since the partial draft (first twelve chapters) of Midnight Sun was illegally posted on the Internet, and outraged, Stephenie has decided to post-pone the book indefinitely.
