Flyer's probably shouldnt be taller than their bases. But sometimes it happens when you have really strong short bases and a tall flexible flyer. So theres not a specific height for a flyer, as long as you can get bases to lift you , you just have to be flexible. I mean I guess it generally better for a flyer to be shorter because you will be lighter but it doesnt always matter. Especially if your a good flyer you can pull your self up and make your self seem lighter.
